Complaint on a faulty device

I bought an iphone from them. The first problem was the camera, NFC and bluetooth not working then because the speaker so I had to put calls on loud speaker lastly the battery did not wanna charge anymore. Bought the phone in April. The back got crack incidentally but wouldn't affect these things AND they told me they won't be able to fix those things. My phone doesn't turn in anymore
