Complaint

I'm dissapointed in Revibe, I bought laptop from them and returned it after some complication, then Revibe sorted the issue and sent me an email to pay for courier back and said i must pay within 24 hours, the email didnt have a link, i sent 2 email within 24 hours to them so that they can provide link for payment, even up to date, i'm still waiting for the link and when i do follow up i'm told i didnt pay within 24 hours, i have all the proof, just like that my laptop is gone after using my hard earned money to buy laptop for my studies
