CHECK THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! || I NEED MY MONEY!
I bought a device, cancelled my order because I wanted something bigger. I opted for the refund to wallet option… but after reading the one star reviews, filter the reviews to one star.. I reached out to them before they processed my refund and they said they’ll refund me to my original method… only for me to wake up with wallet credit? To make matters worse since all the stuff going on in the Middle East we can’t access our accounts or trace the refund. Rather get a phone from someone you can go to when things hit the fan..the don’t have a physical store. At this point I just want my refund.

04 Mar 2026, 12:09The website is undergoing maintenance for the past few days, still not working… but the timing is a bit questionable. You call customer care no one picks up the calls. All I want is my refund. Emails are getting ignored.
