Camera defects
Revibe has failed to repair my phone despite being given two separate opportunities to fix the same camera defect. I returned the device for repairs, and on both occasions the issue was not resolved. Revibe is now refusing to complete the repair and is demanding that I pay shipping fees simply to have my phone returned. This is unacceptable and unreasonable, as the device was sent back multiple times due to their failure to fix the defect. I should not be required to pay any additional costs for a repair that was never successfully completed. I expect the phone to be properly repaired at no additional charge, or a full resolution to be provided immediately.

After the second return, Revibe retained my phone for two weeks and then informed me that my claim was “invalid,” demanding R1,805 for shipping in order to return my device.This demand is unacceptable. The phone was returned multiple times solely due to Revibe’s inability to repair the defect, not due to any fault on my part. I should not be required to pay any additional costs for a repair that was never successfully completed.Revibe is now refusing to complete the repair and is withholding my device unless I pay these fees. This is unreasonable and unfair

10 Feb 2026, 10:18I was informed that I must make payment within seven days or my device will be destroyed. At the same time, I am being asked to pay for shipment, even though the phone was not fixed.The phone was faulty from the moment it was delivered to me. This is now the second time the device has been returned for repair for the same camera issue, yet Revibe has failed to repair the fault.
