WARNING TO PUBLIC - REVIBE IS LYING ABOUT RESOLUTION

I am replying to Revibe's false response where they claim they have contacted me and resolved this matter.

REVIBE IS LYING. This matter is NOT resolved.

FACTS: 1. You promised here on HelloPeter that you will contact me for a resolution. You NEVER contacted me. No call, no ***, no WhatsApp. 2. You are misleading the public by marking this complaint as resolved while you have done nothing. 3. You are still holding my phone. I returned a LOCKED iPhone that you sold to me as fully unlocked. Now I have NO phone and NO refund. This is theft of my money. 4. This company is ************* and a ****. You cannot be trusted with customers' money.

I have been patiently waiting for feedback after you said you will get back to me, and you ignored me completely.

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, this is unfair and ********** practice.

I demand within 48 hours: Either give me a full refund OR give me a working unlocked phone as advertised.

Until then, this complaint remains UNRESOLVED.
