Bunch of ****mers

Your guys are the worst people and ****mers. My phone was meant to be repaired by you guys as it was still within the warranty period, I raised a warranty request after so many difficulties but I managed to raise one and my cellphone was taken to get repaired.

While the device was fetched by YOUR courier company which is RAM it got lost and you guys did nothing about that until I managed to get it by myself. I have been the one following up on the matter until the device was handed over to DHL by RAM and it was confirmed by one of your agents that indeed you got the phone and it's on its way to your repairing facility.

I was supposed to wait for 13 days for the whole repairing process but again the 13 days period went past and I emailed to enquire as to when the device will be shipped back, and I was sent vague responses that did not make any sense.

When the phone was confirmed to have reached the repairing facility it was on the 22nd of January 2026, which mean the 13 days period must have ended on the 3rd of February 2026.

I called your customer service number and the lady was willing to be helpful and said she would call me back after 2 hour as she needed to consult her management to investigate the matter I was never called.

I followed up, again , via emails and I get different people who seemed to be confused each time and just answer that one message and not follow up on the whole matter

I have asked that you bring back my phone even if it's not repaired as it seems you guys are failing at this.

I am sick and tired of your ****ming tendencies, you are clearly just a tuck shop situated in a back room somewhere and is mascarading as a legit business. I have been patient with you guys for far too long.

I don't know why I have to raise another warranty claim for my device to be returned when you guys know that it with you and the only thing to do is to just bring it back.
