BAD SERVICE

<div>I bought an iPhone XR, yellow in colour on the 31st of December 2024, the device arrived with a battery problem I complained to the company, they adviced I send a claim I did so and it wasn't easy but I managed to get the claim through successfully after so many attempts. Within a week the company sent a carrier to come pick up the device. It's been a month and few weeks I haven't received any feedback from the campany. I have been calling but I am not receiving any help.&nbsp; I paid full amount for the phone and yet I don't have it. I want my money back!!!</div>
