Bad service

I bought the IPhone 14pro and i received the phone but with battery problem. I didn't charge and to return was a mission and still waiting for them to receive the phone so they can refund me. So far is just a waiting game im so disappointed as people rated them good. I just want the phone urgent but the processes takes forever. So disappointing
