Avoid buying from this company that is not based in South Africa

It is best to avoid buying from this company. It is based somewhere in Middle East. The laptop was sent with the wrong/non SA plug and although it stated on its South African website that the laptop comes with Windows 10, it turns out it's unlicensed Windows so it's basically a demo OS. And when asked about the Window 10 license issue, here is their reply: "Please note that Windows licensing, activation, and product keys are managed directly by Microsoft and are outside the scope of our warranty coverage. As such, we are unable to provide, replace, or guarantee Windows product keys, nor can we take responsibility for Windows activation-related issues." If you have any issue, forget about getting anything sorted and since it's not in South Africa, you will have zero recourse. Spend a little more and buy local so you have someone that can't run away. Ultra risky to buy from this company.
