Absolutely Disgraceful – Revibe Sold Me a Faulty Phone and Refuses Accountability

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service and ********* behavior from Revibe. I ordered a phone through their website, expecting a working device and reliable customer support. Instead, I received a faulty phone that barely functioned from day one. Despite reaching out multiple times, Revibe has refused to take any responsibility.

They ignored my concerns, delayed responses, and gave me the complete runaround. At no point did they offer a proper replacement, refund, or even a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. Their support team is unhelpful, dismissive, and completely indifferent to the stress and inconvenience they’ve caused.

Revibe is more than just a disappointing company – their lack of accountability and poor business ethics make them downright dangerous to consumers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am currently seeking further action through my payment provider and consumer protection channels, but I felt it necessary to warn others here on HelloPeter before anyone else falls victim to their false advertising and heartless after-sales service.

Do not trust Revibe. Their promises mean nothing once they have your money.
