RMCS- Retail mobile credit specialists

RMCS- retail mobile capital services- a 3rd party service provider for Edgars. they have allocated a service to my edgars account , WITH OUT MY CONSENT and for which I have not received any services!!!! and then months later I receive threats of legal action!!!
