Ported without permission

Good day

I was with cell c for over 10 years and recently my number was ported to RMCS without my knowledge and I do not even have an account with EDCON group. I have requested for cancellation and to date is still not ported back to cell c. REf: ********** 390864 Cell: ********** 205
