****ED OFF GAME PE STORE CUSTOMER

on the 7th September 2019 I bought a 7" Alcatel Tablet from GAME STORES in Greenacres PE. on the 15th I had to return it back to game as it freezes and only allow emergency calls, I took it to customer service and they booked it for repairs through the supplier of their choice and promised me that I will get a call when it is fixed and ready for collection. 5days went by without any response so I went to the store again to enquire how far is this from being fixed, they told me it has been booked in on the 17th at the supplier so I left, now today the 30th I called GAME STORES enquiring again and I was promised somebody will call me but nobody did instead I got an sms an hour and half later saying my repair item is back in store and awaiting for my collection, Indeed I went hoping it will get my device, customer services went to fetch it from the back office and brought it to me nicely packed and when they open it, they could not tell whether it has been fixed or not as there is no damage report and when they opened it in front of me, it still does the same problem it was brought in for, so they called their supplier to find out what have they done if they did anything at all, to my surprised, the person from their supplier said no they cant fix it, its water damage and they sent it without any diagnostic report and I could see that this device was never touched and I disputed these findings as the device was never near anything liquid and now GAME STORES hide behind this liquid damage bull**** cause don't want to refund my money R1099.00 to be exact and that's a **** cause I lost my money this thing I will not leave it here, I'm willing to take it even further than writing a review on GAMESTORES PE. this thing was booked for repairs I don't know by who under ***... I don't give game store PE any star but this computer felt it necessary to at least put 1start, they don't deserve even a half a star if there's anything called a half a star
