Converted Me from prepaid to contract without my consent

<p>I was enquiring on Vodacom regarding my talking points and was told my number was converted from prepaid to contract without my knowledge nor consent, this was as of November 2016,it really uneasy seeing how much access this company has to our personal details and numbers, I just want this counselled ASAP
