Being charged for no service

<p>I need you to pay back the money you have been charging me for service that I never agree and even never got the so called airtime you guys are claiming that I am getting it from you , I never agree to any contract with and I want a response immediately before I take this matter further I am still waiting for you admin department , I was told I will get the call within 48hrs its been 3 weeks now.</p>
