Bad Treatment and forced contract

Firstly I would like to thank you for handling my case with Food *****s. Was phoned yesterday and now waiting for report back. As I said that I lost my phone there , I was forced to buy a new one my work demands me to have one, because sometimes I am on standby. My problem this time is RMCS. I went to Vodacom for shim swap on the 9th of May , where I was told that they cannot help me because it shows that I am having contract with Edgars .I went to Edgars and they told me its RMCS that states that I have contract with.

I asked the lady to let me talk to them . I asked them about the contract they claimed to be having with, they said its air time that they give me every month. I asked them..."who's paying for this contract because as far as I know I closed Edgar's account years ago." The lady said they are giving it for free because I'm a valued customer. I asked her who's customer am I buy my own airtime every month. Asked for the print out of that airtime because I buy my air most of the time through cell phone banking, and I don't think I could be so stupid to buy air time yet I get R55 airtime.

My biggest problem here is the fact that ,I know nothing about their contract, they delay me now from getting sim swap done, they gave me a letter after 11 days to go buy sim card from their retail store...Vodacom, paid R106 for that, and was forced to buy the contract one. Took the sim card back to Edgars , but was not helped because they said they had no networks so they would activate after 24 to 48 hours .It took me 4 hours to get the letter after waiting so long for them to pick up their phone. Poor lady from Edgars had to forfeit her lunch that day. Monday the 21st. She again phoned them today, only after I said to her she must tell them that I will be going to Hello Peter about this matter.

I want them to cancel the contract they claim to be having with me with immediate effect.
