Worst service and false promises

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! We purchased a Restonic mattress about four months ago, within a month it gave us issues, you could feel the springs and so called support of the mattress was faulty on the inside. We had a guarantee on it, so we contacted the company to get the mattress swopped out. The area manager Zane approved all of this and said we can get a new one, but up until now.. NOTHING!!!! After paying EXTRA for an upgrade on the original mattress we were told we would get the new one today, and we haven't!!! It's been weeks now!!!! The service is just as pathetic as their products. Everyone at the Restonic "Help desk" has been VERY unhelpful and has made false promises up until now, I am sick and tired of waiting for our new mattress, especially after paying extra for an upgraded one!!!!! I am a VERY unsatisfied customer and won't recommend anyone to ever buy Restonic products again!
