WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN.

I bought a bed some years ago at OK furniture zevenwacht. then not even a year the springs in the side of bed broke and it poked through the bedding. Okay I asked the shop to sort out the problem for me and they were very helpful. I had to pay R800 for a replacement. Then I paid and received another mattress. This one started doing the same with sagging in the middle of the bed. and you can hear the inner springs is broken. It's a terrible pain to sleep on this bed. Inner Pillow top my foot, it's useless as springs still shows through. With beds being so expensive it's not just something you buy lightly. I paid good money for this bed and with it having 15 year warranty and the shop telling me they can't find any of my details anymore on their system I'm at my wits end. I even still have my papers for this bed. I even contacted restonic themselves and they said I must contact the agent of the area which I did and still nothing. Why give your products a confident 15 year warranty if you can't uphold your promises to clients. I will never ever want to buy restonic again and I will never recommend this brand to anyone ever again.
