when your bed only lasts like a week

I recently bought a new restonic bed and it seems to give me more sleepless nights than anything else. The bed seems to be to big for it's base and keeps making a noises when I try and get in. I'm not even fat so I honestly don't understand why it's doing this, its also bulging at the sides and tends to lean over to one side. I'm a student that saved to buy myself a double bed but now I regret it as I barely get any rest on it... Honestly a waste of my money
