What kind of corporate company is Restonic beds

A vehicle of restonic caused damage to my friends vehicle. I contacted their office & explained what happened. The supervisor agreed that we can fix the vehicle & send the relevant documents to their office for reimbur*****t. The incident occurred last month 19.03.2018. After submitting the invoices, banking details & case number reimbur*****t is still not done. In communications between the head office they stated that Restonic is a corporate company but cannot even reimburse me for damage that was occurred by their vehicle. I even went to their office in Epping but almost a month later, I'm still waiting
