Warranty

I bought a Restonic Bed in 2014 and now it has sounds coming out from the mattress springs and it's very uncomfortable sleeping on it, I need to lodged a complaint with Restonic to claim my warranty but they telling me to go to the dealer that I bought the bed from(morkels). Now the problem is Morkels have closed the shops around my area and I can't get help. Please help me get to the bottom of this nightmare.
