Unhappy with my purchase

I bought a Restonic queen bed last year nov but started using it on the 31 of Dec,it is soooo uncomfertable and lost it shape and makes noise,i went back at Sleemasters where i bought it they took my details they sent me a whatsapp wanting pictures i gave them there was no response😡😡😡😡😡
