Uncomfortable Restonic bed

I bought Restonic Queen bed in November 2024 but I have noticed that it's not comfortable. Everyday I woke having backpain and the minute I climb to the bed it makes funny noise like an old old bed. I went to Russell furniture Amanzimtoti where I bought it to complain they promised to send an email to Restonic of which they confirm that it was sent. I've been waiting for the call from manufacture but I haven't receive any. I trusted this brand and this was the bed I've been dreaming of but didn't afford it for a long time now that I bought it am disappointed. Disappointed customer
