There is a big problem with the pillow top restonic bed we bought

: Good morning. I would like to use this medium to formerly complain about the pillow top Restonic bed and base we bought in December from sleep masters . The first time we bought it the edges and the middle were sinking in and when we called they swapped it and now after two weeks we notice the middle of this is also sinking and the springs are snapping making strange sounds. The worse part of it is we can barely sleep well. We wake up with severe body and lower back pains and I'm really worried as to what this might result into .(as per our health) So we are requesting that Restonic keep their word and legacy and give us a new mattress as we were told they will not change it for us again but we insist for a new mattress because it is still under one year warranty and we are not enjoying the sleep on this mattress at all . So please do something for us.
