The Mattress People Centurion/ Restonic

DO NOT INVEST IN A RESTONIC MATTRESS OR MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THE MATTRESS PEOPLE IN CENTURION, GAUTENG.

They refuse to honour the 10 year warranty. I spent close to R6500 on a mattress in 2018 at the Mattress People in Centurion - a year later the stitching started coming out along the sides of the bed and I weight about 52kg and I sleep alone. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay in R1200 for a replacement. I did not have the funds at the time. Now 5 years later the bed is beginning to sink in and I wiped a stain on the mattress and it refuses to dry out it remains wet and because this the bed cannot be used. They did not even try to assist me a second time round. They are sending me around in circles between the actual shop and the head office. A TOTAL WASTE OF PEOPLES MONEY!!!!
