I am writing this message with a heavy heart and huge disappointment. I bought a Restonic bed at Bradlows. The mattress is already showing strings on the material and falling in on one side. base you can already see the wood on the material. I complained about this at Bradlows they escalated the material to Restonic. Received a call this morning from a lady called faith Mogaba telling me that if the bed is not making noise they can’t change it.Everything that I see on the bed it is not factory fault. What nonsense is that. My bed is still under warranty and I am not happy and she’s telling me this nonsense. She also said she doesn’t see anything wrong when she looks at the picture. I explained to Bradlows that pictures might not be clear however you can see everything when you looking at the physical bed. I am not happy it is only a year if not less since I bought my mom this bed. She’s even rude and doesn’t want to listen. That bed looks as old already. It looks like i bought it 5years ago. This was my first time buying Restonic if this is what they sell and let people keep nonsense after paying their hard earned money never again and I will advise people not to buy that brand.
