Restornic bed Bad quality and its Bad service overall

im a very very unhappy custormer we have our restornic bed for 2 years know i bought our bed at OK Funiture in Malmesbury complaint to them monday today they send a document from supplier that the loose swewing and stitching on boths side of the bed is not there problem while im well in my 6 years warranty period and im still paying installments on this bed witch should keep me for year the bad bad quality of beds you make it a disgrace to people spending so much money on this bed of R6 999 and its showing its bad quality within 2years. please please attend to this matter.
