Restonic warranty not honored
We purchased a bed from sleepmasters based on warranty from the salesmen. 1 year into using the bed, it began sagging and the springs protruding making for an uncomfortable sleep. I logged a warranty claim with the store and sent pics as requested. We received communication from restonic that the claim was being investigated with no feedback received after a few weeks queried with the store to find out the case was closed because of stains. So we clean the stains which is actually discoloration since it is over a year old. Open the case again only to receive a response from restonic they won't honor their warranty claim because they feel there is a stain. I feel this is an excuse as I can't make the bed brand new again and the reason we want to claim the warranty is not because of the aesthetic but because it is defective. Very poor service from both sleepmaster and restonic...using trivial excuses to not honor their warranty.

I did receive a response from a representative restonic (Semone Goliath).
Semone was of no assistance, there was no concern as to what the problem was (quality of bed compromised as the springs are broken, a bed that that is just 2 years) , so basically if you buy a restonic, just ensure that the condition of the bed is the exact same as the day you bought it. Future buyers please note the clause below because Restonic will not honor your warranty. With this clause in place, as customer you wont win. Rather not buy restonic.
"Restonic reserves the right to refuse services when the product is found to be dirty ,stained ,burnt ,soiled, infested with insects or in an unsanitary condition"
