Restonic useless workers
Good day i reported my bed issue with house and home edenvale, i spoke to johannes and he put me in contact with ursula and she told me that ZAIN will contact me about the bed issue i have as my bed is only 2 months old, i called him on friday and he does not return your calls , i left a message for ursula contact me back but she hasnt come back to me , is this how RESTONIC deal with customers because this is disgraceful, i want a answer about my bed as soon as possible.

I spoke to Zain on the 15th about my bed and he said that i should go to house and home edenvale and see for another mattress set as the bed set we got has a weight restriction,but the sales person Raven did not explain to us that this bed has a weight restriction ,but what is eating my brains is how can my wifes feet be so heavy to let the springs cave in at the feet, we spoke to johannes at house and home and he and the manager is surprised that the bed caved in at the feet, the manager "Rudi" didnt even try to help to sort out situation ,he walked away, johannes told us that this bed we bought is only for spare room usage and not for everyday use ,how can you sell a bed on the floor that is only fit to be used once in a while, i want restonic and house and home to fit the bill here as we as customers were not informed about this bed, they must replace the bed that will take our weight, i got Zain's managers name " Coen Myburgh from Johannes and i want this issue sorted as if i take the same bed ,the same thing will happen to this bed, this is not our fault that this happened , johannes called Zain and Zain is passing the buck and wants johannes to sort this out as he said he does not want to take reponsiblity , this is poor salesman knowledge of the product and poor training from restonic on getting suppliers to sell the product. I want Coen Myburgh to contact me to sort this out as i had to also pay for delivery of my bed.
