RESTONIC SA

I have bought mattress in April 2025 from sleepmaster shop. After 2(two) days the mattress was not in good shape due to work I was working to another province when I came back home first week of May 2025 I went to the shop to lodge a complaint the said I must take the picture and a video of mattress and send it to one of the lady who assist me the time I buy the mattress I did that. In between I was checking the lady how far are they. then last week one of the rep from restonic send a WhatsApp asking for the picture of mattress and the sticker attached to mattress I send them and they said one of their rep will call me shortly . On Thursday I send them the WhatsApp to check when are they going to call. Since then the don't communicate with me. I am pleading with you to resolve this matter.
