Restonic royal bed - sleepmasters wonderpark

I bought a restonic royal comfort bed at sleepmasters in wonderpark mall. When I received it, it was torn on the sides and I complained they apologized and said it could be when it was delivered. Then within 6 month the bed started making wierd sounds I think from the base, and the mattress is sagging. They have been giving me the run around it's been over 5 months since I complained and nothing is happening.. I am not happy at all.
