Restonic - Potchefstroom Area

We bought a bed back in 2016 - From a well known franchise. From day one, we had problems with the bed, it kept on getting deformed and having the coils stick out in all directions. Requested a refund and was denied. Fast forward to 2019, we are on the 3rd mattress, requested a new one again just to hear that they are no longer making that brand of mattress, thus cannot replace it. How do you offer a 10 year warranty and not have the mattress in stock? The rep called my husband and said to him, and I quote " that mattress cannot take more than 40kg pp and is actually just one of those that you have in your spare bedroom for incase you get visitors".(Apparently, after going to complain about the mattrass the 2nd time, it was confirmed that it is a max 80kg pp bed, but the cheek of the rep insinuating that for close to 5k you would not get more that a guest bedroom quality bed ). We were never told what they weight restrictions on the bed was, or else we would have never waisted R4700 on buying it(Will be doing a separate review for the franchise in question). Now replacing the bed, the only offer they can give me is to make me pay R2100 on a upgrade, or I just have too keep on sleeping on a piece of %$@& mattress. Now I want to ask Restonic, What are we going to do about this, because I feel your claims of a 10 years warranty is as false as the quality of your mattrass so proudly advertised.

Now in 2023, the "upgrade" I had to fork out extra R2100 (cost price can I add, totaling to R6800) is also a piece of junk with deformities and coils sticking out from all angles. In general, will never waste my money on one of your beds again.
