Restonic not the bed to buy

I bought a Restonic dream therapy bed from OK furniture less than a year ago and the springs are coming through already. I have been in contact with Restonic for over a month now and I am constantly being promised a replacement mattress. How can it possibly take this long for a new mattress, do they not have in stock that they can give me. Absolutely pathetic service I would not recommend buying one of these beds
