Restonic doesn't seem to care

I Bought a Restonic Marvelous Middle BALI queen bed from Sleepmasters and two weeks after I started using it I started seeing sagging (they call it body impressions). I logged a complaint at the store and I was told that Restonic would be the one to contact me to assist with my complaint. Restonic called and the person I am dealing with is named Semone, she seems indifferent I might add. She advised that I must rotate my mattress and see what happens in 2 weeks, mind you the "body impressions" that are currently there aren't going away, it is so uncomfortable, especially being so heavily pregnant.

I was promised a quality bed when I bought this from SleepMasters and what I'm experiencing is wrong.

I am extremely frustrated!!
