Restonic does not honour there warranty

Bought a Restonic bed from Ok furniture thought it was a good investment as they boast about it as one of the best bed companies and best mattress with a 9 year warranty all lies I have the bed for a couple of years and the one side already gave in, when trying to claim for the warranty they told me they can’t help me with the bed in the condition it is as there were marks, if course there’s going to be marks were you sleeping because the bed has been use for a couple of years it can not be spotless, they refused to help me, how can you trust them again there warranty is all lies they look for things not to honour the warranty
