Restonic does not honour their warranty!

We purchased a Restonic base set from House and Home. The mattress was going in on one side, and we then discovered that one of the bases were broken ( a King bed has 2 single bases). We contacted the store in May 2023 to help us locate the receipt. At this time Shadley was helping us. Eventually after many calls wasted, they found the receipt to assist with the warranty procedure. Restonic advised us to pay the R2800 warranty fee (after they had asked to see pictures etc.) and we will get R7000 House and Home store credit (which is what we paid for the bed). In July 2023 Restonic advised that they had credited the store and we can go in to choose items. Shadley then advised us they will collect the base set that was faulty. In 3 months of communication and a mattress collecting dust no one informed us that they will need this base set back, and we had to put it out. We purchased a new bed in May, because Restonic and House and Home was taking so long to resolve this issue. Now they refuse to honour the warranty because I do not have the complete base set for them to collect. Where was I supposed to store a King XL mattress until they decided to give us the credit? No one ever calls you back. I made payment on 5 July, and to date i have not been refunded or assisted.
