Restonic disgusting hard mattresses

This is the second time that I am buying a mattress and having the same sinking experience.. My latest is with Restonic Queen size mattress that was on a special. The bed is so uncomfortable and hard you can just as well sleep on your floor. This is the same experience I had before. I had to give the bed away it became lumpy and the place refused to take it back. Now I saw in this latest warranty that I cannot get my money back just for the bed to be serviced. I have had it now I have spend thousands on beds now and it seems to be a cunning business. I want my money back. I feel jilted. The bed was delivered today and I can't find anyone to speak to due to loadshedding and long weekend.
