Restonic Broken Bed

I bought a Champion queen base set in march 2023, only to find that the base was broken and making an unpleasant noise , i sent them an email within a week, quickly they rep**** requesting proof of purchase and photos of the bed , i did all of that then they promised to deliver me a new base in 3 weeks time, that could have been done during April i made phone calls and followed up but still those empty promises , up until today i haven't been assisted im still sleeping in a broken noisy bed Restonic SA doesn't take care of their customers im really not happy with this Bed Company
