Restonic Beds what a service!!!

<p>My bed is not even 5 years old. it started making a horrible sound.</p> <p>when I called restonic I was informed that the noise is from the base and since the guarantee is finished I will have to pay a portion for the base but I will be liable for the transportation. Now the Matress is leaking and the bed is less than 5 years old... I again spike to a rep from restonic who told me to go and report the matter where I purchased the bed...To my understanding Restonic is the manufacture. it is their product.. can I get assistant with the leaking bed .. at this moment I feel like my money was not worth the service or product being given.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
