Restonic beds - Silent killer

I bought a restonic bed at Sleepmasters Central City Mabopane. The worst bed I've ever owned. The matress is uncomfortable I toss and turn Im having difficulties sleeping on that bed and I wake up tired and my whole body sore. I'm told I must turn it, still it's uncomfortable.
