Restonic beds - shockingly poor service

I bought a Greencoil Cashmere mist mattress from Restonic approx. 2 years ago. It was a very good mattress so when the time came to order another new bed I went to the same retailer and ordered the same bed. However on delivery a completely different bed arrived. I tried to tell the retailer, Ideal Furniture, but they were not interested. After 6 weeks of sleeping on the mattress I now have chronic back pain. I have tried speaking to Restonic but they say the specs of this new design mattress are exactly the same as the old one and are unable to help me. I have a absolutely no recourse now but to buy yet another new mattress. Shocking service from both Restonic and Ideal Furniture
