Restonic Beds - Not reliable and poor customer service!

A year after purchasing a Restonic plush mattress, the mattress did not keep its shape in the middle of the bed. This is leading to severe back pain for both me and my wife.

We contacted the Mattress Warehouse who put us in contact with the Restonic customer service team. After reaching out to them we were told that the “mattress is not in a clean condition and therefor we will not be able to assist with an exchange.” (Although the mattress was still under warranty)

So we went to shop for another mattress as we can’t handle the back pain any more. A sales representative at a very reputable Mattress Company told us that if it happens with them they would charge a hygiene fee but that the warranty will still be in tact.

I want to warn all future customers to stay away from Restonic beds as you will be not be getting the products and warranties as advertised.
