Restonic beds are poor quality

I’ve bought Bali restonic bed at sleepmasters during covid , it’s been 2 years since I have been complaining about the quality of the bed. It makes noise and the bed has been rotated like how they recommend. Currently when the bed is made, the bed shows where a person sleeps, the other side is up and the other is down showing where a persons sleep. In summary the is cheap quality at sleepmasters they said they can’t take the bed back because it is not clean which voids warranty, I’ve asked them how can a bed which is not super white clean can loose warranty. I’ve asked for clause which proves that if a bed is not clean looses warranty they cannot provide. I am dissapointed in restonic products- they I am stuck with a bed that is useless -I lost my 7500. I urge everyone not to buy restonic products as they are very poor quality. Mpete wa restonic wa wela okare skepe.
