Restonic beds

I have been dealing with FAITH from restonic, what a useless service i am getting from restonic and the beds made are made cheaply because in the last 2 years my beds have been exchanged 3 to 4 times and now the place i bought the beds say that you only get a 1 year guarantee and 7 years warranty which we were not told about when beds were bought. Restonic tells me that now i jave pay in money for the replacements, i am not paying anymore money. The place is Sleepmasters East Rand retail park and their services are also useless because it is 2 weeks now that no one has come back to me to let me know what is happening.
