Restonic bed not good quality

Good day.... I'm writing this review to express how disappointed I am n hope to be assisted. Last year mid July me and my boyfriend we bought a restonic queen size bed from house and home. They were having a sale so the bed was R5000 from R7000. Because of the original price of the bed and the price that we paid for the bed we thought we're buying nothing but quality, unfortunately for us that was not the case. The quality of the bed is so disappointing for its price, the bed is not comfortable anymore and it make funny noise. During the day we're at work and I only visit him once or twice during the week then every weekend I'm with him, but the way the is you would swear it's been years we have it and it's used by many people. The only thing we wish for now is for restonic to atleast replace the mattress as the base is still fine. We can be contacted on *** or ***. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
