Restonic bed

I bought a bed at house n home festival mall last year December a restonic bed 152cm, after some few months the base made a funny sound and I notified house n home and they sent an e mail to restonic and the base was changed, few months down the line I realise that the mattress it's torn, the threads at the bottom is coming out I notified house n house they sent restonic an e mail and I got the call from restonic they told me they won't be able to exchange as the bed was covered for 4 months, I'm a very Un happy restonic customer, I'm so disappointed in them.
