RESTONIC BAZARUTO SAGGING

Its my first time buying Restonic Bazaruto Queen bed cause my colleague recommended it when I asked him which bed does he trust to give comfort and last long, I did my research and decided to buy the bed at Sleep Masters last month, all to meet disappointment, the bed is sagging and noisy , did report it, but no one came back to me, what I'm going to do now is take their bed and drop it off at their shop and ask for refund cause they don't know what "customer service" means, the bed says "10 year warranty" but it failed in 1 month. Be careful when it comes to RESTONIC BEDS⚠️ they are good in advertising but don't deliver quality
