Restonic Base and Kind size matrass sinking in

Base and matrass is sinking in.

This is my second matrass on my King side bed, both Restonic which is not up to standard.

It’s sinking in which makes it very uncomfortable to get a proper nights rest.

Thesis been an issue with the base since the original purchase which was not resolved.

Restonic please sort this out.
