Restonic bamboo mattresses collapsing

I have a big problem with my beds.. i bought a restonic bamboo bed brand new. It did not last 6 months and completely collapsed on all sides. The mattress was replaced with a big struggle. The new mattress is one month old and collapsed again, even worse than the first one. What can i do?
