Restonic bad service

I will never buy this brand again, I bought a Restonic Bazaruto bed at sleepmaster on the 20th of April 2023. In May 2023 not even a month the bed started making noise when I turn.I reported the matter.I was intructed by the sales person from sleep master who recommended this bed from the beginning to jump on the bed and record so that they can hear the sound.Also Restonic contacted me requesting the video. I asked my daughter whose weight is less than 40kg to stand and press on the areas that makes noise while recording. Gues what, Restonic rejected the claim saying the bed was broken by abuse and negligence of walking on the bed. Remember I was instructed by the person who sold their bed to me, now they are telling me they can't replace my bed which I bought not even a month which is damaged. I have voice recording given these instructions but nobody cares. I will never buy Restonic ever again.
